Sara received her J.D. with highest honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school, Sara earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Agency & Partnership and served as an Articles Selection Editor for the Tulsa Law Review. She externed for the Honorable Jodi F. Jayne of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and worked as a research fellow for the Oklahoma Appleseed Center for Law and Justice.

She is also active within the community, volunteering at Jenks Church, where she leads high school students in weekly discussions and heads up the PreK Sunday School Class.
