May 21, 2024 | GableGotwals is proud to announce that Shareholder Jake Krattiger received the 2024 Visionary of the Year award from the Red River Region of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Visionaries of the Year is a 10-week philanthropic competition in which community leaders compete to raise funds for local blood cancer patients. Jake spearheaded an incredible 10-week campaign that raised more than $90,000 out of the total $200,000 raised during the competition.

His personal connection with the mission of LLS was the driving factor to volunteer as a candidate and become a team leader. Jake’s step-father-in-law and grandfather-in-law fought battles with different types of leukemia and lymphoma in recent years. Supporting LLS and its mission to improve the quality of life of patients and their families in their fight against blood cancer was extremely important to him. “It was my honor and privilege to help raise funds to both find a cure and provide support to other people fighting their own battles,” said Jake.

Through his extraordinary support and dedication, Jake is helping LLS move closer to its vision of a world without blood cancer.
