Carrie’s practice focuses on defending corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts. She regularly defends insurers against allegations of bad faith claims, including institutional bad faith. Carrie also works with physicians, practice groups, hospitals, and nursing homes in cases involving allegations of professional negligence, and she handles cases involving general negligence, products liability, premises liability, and employment law.

GableGotwals is pleased to announce that Carrie McNeer has been promoted to Shareholder, effective January 1, 2023. Carrie’s practice focuses on defending corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of complex litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes representing insurance companies in a wide range of claims, including bad faith and medical malpractice defense.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.

Carrie received her J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law and her BSBA in marketing
at The University of Tulsa.
