GableGotwals Serves as Legal Counsel to Magellan Midstream in Sale of Select Marine Terminals

GableGotwals served as legal counsel to Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. in connection with its agreement, announced January 21, 2020, to sell three marine terminals located in New Haven, Connecticut, Wilmington, Delaware and Marrero, Louisiana to Buckeye Partners, L.P. for $250 million.  Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded partnership that primarily transports, stores and distributes refined petroleum products and crude oil.

The transaction was led by shareholders Stephen W. Lake and Thomas J. Hutchison.
