GableGotwals Welcomes Josh Ihler to the Firm

GableGotwals is pleased to announce that Josh Ihler has joined the Firm as an associate in the Tulsa office, where he will focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, and commercial agreements. Prior to joining, he was an attorney at an AmLaw 100 firm in Las Vegas, where he gained experience with commercial real estate transactions, asset-based loan sales, single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, loan agreements, and other commercial lending matters.

His various experience in transactions and advising energy, hospitality, and real estate companies complement our dynamic practice, which recently included a $1+ billion bid to acquire energy assets in Texas and a $435 million sale of marine terminals,” said Jeffrey Hassell, co-chair of the Firm’s Business Transactions Practice.

Before to going into private practice, Josh externed in the legal department of NGL Energy Partners, LP, and worked as a landman for an upstream oil and gas operator in Tulsa.
