GableGotwals Represented Stinnett & Associates in its Sale to Publicly-traded CBIZ Inc.

GableGotwals represented Stinnett & Associates, a professional advisory firm and certified Women’s Business Enterprise, in an agreement to sell its assets to publicly-traded CBIZ Inc., a leading provider of financial, insurance and advisory services to businesses throughout the United States. The transaction was led by shareholder Jeffrey D. Hassell with assistance from associate Motahareh H. Nickel. Tax advice was provided by shareholder James Scears.
