GableGotwals Shareholder Named to Tenth Circuit Criminal Justice Act Appellate Panel

December 4, 2023 | GableGotwals congratulates Shareholder, Justin A. Lollman, who was recently selected for membership on the Tenth Circuit Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Appellate Panel. Justin was selected through a competitive application process and will begin his three-year term on January 1, 2024.

The Tenth Circuit CJA Appellate Panel is a panel of private attorneys eligible for appointment to represent defendants financially unable to obtain counsel in criminal cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Panel members are selected based on demonstrated commitment, qualification, and skill in federal criminal appellate practice.

Justin’s practice at GableGotwals focuses on appeals, complex commercial litigation, and white-collar criminal defense. He currently serves as the President of the Northern/Eastern Oklahoma Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the Vice President of the Tenth Circuit Historical Society. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the areas of appellate and business litigation and by Best Lawyers as “One to Watch” in the areas of appellate practice, commercial litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.
