Michael Lewis is an associate at GableGotwals where he previously worked as a summer associate. His practice focuses on a range of transactional areas, including general corporate, professional services, mergers and acquisitions, securities, banking and finance, and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Michael was a judicial extern for the Honorable Gregory K. Frizzell, Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. While in law school, he served as an Associate Editor for the Tulsa Law Review.
Before starting law school, Michael was employed as a program supervisor for Family & Children Services where he supervised the Offender Screening Program.
