Barrett Powers Promoted to GableGotwals Shareholder

January 2, 2024 | GableGotwals is pleased to announce that Barrett Powers has been promoted to Shareholder, effective January 1, 2024. Barrett’s practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal courts, representing a wide range of clients, including publicly-traded and privately-held businesses, government entities, tribes, and individuals in all stages of litigation.

Barrett has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Star’ in Business Litigation, and by Best Lawyers in America as a ‘One to Watch” in Commercial Litigation.

Barrett is active in the Tulsa community, serving on the Alumni Board for The University of Tulsa College of Law, the Board of the Tulsa Chapter of the Federalist Society, the Executive Committee for the Tulsa County Bar Association, and as a Trustee and youth leader with his church, First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Oklahoma and Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
