Chris Thrutchley Remains Undefeated in Labor Arbitration

Chris, along with Chris Shrock and Tracie Calvin, recently secured a major victory in a labor arbitration case against one of the largest industrial unions in the U.S. The dispute involved nearly one million dollars in alleged unpaid contract ratification and annual incentive bonuses. The company won, showing it did not breach the collective bargaining agreement.

Chris is rated as a Best Lawyer in America for management labor law, as well as employment law. His combination of complementary experiences as a former HR director for one of Tulsa’s largest unionized employers and experience serving as Chief of the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office of Civil Rights Enforcement (OCRE) gives him unique and valuable insight on labor, employment, and employee relations issues.
