Brian’s diverse legal background includes representing clients in state and federal courts in a wide range of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas matters. His experience includes a wide range of disputes, such as breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, negligence, professional negligence, and fraud. Brian has counseled royalty trusts, privately-held gas producers, and renowned energy companies. He also advises clients in confidential arbitration and high-stakes litigation cases and is noted for his success in handling appeals and securing favorable results for his clients.

In addition, Brian previously served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Nathan L. Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas. His wealth of knowledge allows him to provide strategic guidance and effective representation to clients facing complex legal challenges.
