GableGotwals Named a 2022 Top Workplace

GableGotwals has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplace in Oklahoma by The Oklahoman for the fourth consecutive year. The Firm also received the Culture Excellence Award for compensation and benefits. Respondents said, “There is an atmosphere of support-personal and professional. There is always someone who has your back, whether you need assistance to perform a job or you need support for personal reasons.”

The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, such as alignment, execution, and connection.

In addition, GableGotwals was awarded 2021 Top Workplace USA – a designation only 1 of 7 companies headquartered in Oklahoma to make the list.
